FROM INEXPERIENCED TO ONE EXPERIENCED - POETIC PROPOSITION

You surely have experience,
With your children as evidence.
(A fact that sure does turn me on,
When you’re still an attractive one.)

Experience can be the draw
When one has not 'done it' before
But is becoming quite aware
Of what might be enjoyed 'down there'.

For my sexual history,
My own first time has yet to be.
Pray grant me initiation
To the joys of copulation.

In love I seek apprenticeship
In techniques of relationship,
Someone who will give instruction
For the price of my seduction.

If you would like to show the way,
Let me follow you to the hay.
Into your hands I give myself;
Share your experiential wealth.

From top of head unto the toe
Show me the things you now do know;
Become the living, open book,
From which instruction can be took.

Before us we have a long night
To accomplish this passage rite,
Then shall I feel I’ve found my place
Within the adult human race.
