Catastrophic Need

Lying on the marble floor, stuck in comatose
Alone in the dark, no one to witness
The crimson rivers flowing from her wrists
Porcelain white with red and black designs
A blade in her hand, she clutches tightly
Her dearest possession, her most valuable one
The sharp point glints at her maliciously
As she stares at it with utmost affection
She glances at the ruby blood, staining the white
Closes her eyes and makes a wish
Before she sleeps forever.
