Save the Rainy Days in My Dreams
We can’t really worry about something
That hasn’t happened yet on this Earth
Doing so would be futile and meaningless
There comes a time when we are fully laden
With burdens of emptiness and hopelessness
Trying to pick up the pieces of broken dreams
When all that was left were shattered dreams
We were really truly wrong about something
Thinking about our struggles—so meaningless
When all we can think of is our hopelessness
For nothing really matters on this forsaken Earth
As long as our dirty large pockets are fully laden
Trying to release the burdens until half-way laden
Cargoes of guilty conscience we equate into something
Adding meaning to our lives that were meaningless
Until we reach out and help fulfill some dreams
Of the impoverished children of this Mother Earth
Beacon of light—we shine upon their hopelessness
Acid rain mixed with teardrops of hopelessness
Couldn’t resist dark thoughts as hearts were fully laden
Unimaginable acts that could only happen in our dreams
Hunger and sufferings—we try to divert into something
That would make poor and miserable lives on this Earth
Into something worthwhile, far from being meaningless
Despite fame and fortune, our lives are meaningless
Until we find the true meaning of hopelessness
In the hearts and souls of those not fully laden
Filled with emptiness and a hopeful of dreams
Devoid of nothing more, still wanting something
Love… that would shelter from rainy days on Earth
Tell me now if your toughest days on Earth
Could really match and provide something
Worth living for than those only left with dreams
Take them away and their lives are meaningless
Swimming in the vast open sea of hopelessness
Only left is Faith—their mothership fully laden
Would like to live my remaining days on Earth
Doing something, so my life wouldn’t be meaningless
Philanthropic works in my bucket list, not just dreams!
