Emmaus

Am I my brother's keeper ?
the answer must be yes
all should ask . . .
all should answer yes.
There is no other way to
seek a world worthwhile.
The journey may be long,
time a little more,
but on the way enjoy the view;  
perchance to dream,  
ay there's the rub.
Walk the way to Emmaus,
eyes and heart wide open
prepared to stop and wait.
