no words
love can not really be spoken
4 letter
verses
the source
incomparable
undefineable
unlocking parables
a high
elevation
connectedness
everything but nothingness
eye opening
overflowing
spirit floating
no hoplessness
no cares but caring
opens you to sharing
it is
it just is
a state
4 letter word will never be able to contain it

"Love can not really be spoken,"
"It is, it just is, a state,"
Deep insight written your stanzas, confessing deep insight within you.
Saying it, can be easy. But actually having it, not so much.
1 Corinthians chapter 13 in the Bible gives the absolute, infallible definition of this life-changing virtue.
Love isn't something that we do but, is an entity that feels us and personifies all of itself within us, if we let it.
And yes, I referenced a Bible scripture. I am, "Pantheistic," embracing realizations from every kind of teaching. I just choose not to fellowship with, Christians who claim to love the, "Hero," of their book but do not resemble him at all.
Enjoyed your wonderful write, Hott...Pan

So many implications, so many words (in this poem) contained in a name of so few letters. This verse could read as true of romantic love as spiritual love.

As a Christian i have to agree with you It is true that we Christians represent so imperfectly the One whom we claim represents us perfectly- Love is a verb and must be shown-Iloved your poem beautiful flow with a feel of Ferlingeti
