There was an old lady of Beaufort
who ran around with her cat
she slipped and fell
and squashed her cat
that poor old lady of Beaufort!

There was a boy from Gartford
who had a tricycle
ran over his dad
who was having a tinkle
that bad boy of Gartford!

There was a girl with many curls
who did not know what to do
took a match to the hair
and singed her head
the silly girl with many curls!

There was a man who thought he was bad
ran around with a bag over his head
ran into a bus
that turned him to dusts
that stupid man who thought he was bad!
