Wheel of time.
And so the wheel of time turns.
And the whole of history returns.
A battle for secrecy.
A grim prophecy.
The never ending battle.
A tale to tattle.
But there for the profit.
Information to cosset.
We sow.
An arrow from a bow
We reap.
All of history to keep.
Though we rumour.
As to the future.
We can only guess.
For the world would be a mess.
Only three things are certain.
In life’s burden.
Birth, death, and tax.
These are the facts.

Empathy
To feel.
What others feel.
To see how others see.
And never flee.
To know others pain.
Like a mental stain.
Like a train.
Going through the brain.
Elation.
At its very creation.
Pleasure.
In all its measure.
But what is of more import.
Is all the support.
That you can give.
To help others live.
To reduce the pain.
So its no longer a bane.
To encourage the creation.
To drive them to higher elation.
To feed that measure.
To greater pleasure.
To feel all emotion.

What others feel.
To see how others see.

Hand in hand.
Across life’s land.
Loves light everlasting.
Its spell forever casting.
Better than any book.
Contentment in a look.
To love in the light.
To feel passion in the night.
To forever walk with no fears.
As the last light of day disappears.
Red light across a deserted beach.
No need for speech.
A king and his queen.
Their Love felt between.
Time has no meaning.
Their world no longer screaming.
That time o so precious.

The time for love.

The rhythm stirs from the air.
In the light of the fires glare.
A sound in the trees.
Rhythm on the breeze.
Reflected faces from the fire.
Notes from the Lyre.
Sounds from when the world was young
Sounds from the days when life was fun
Let me weave music of your dreams.
As the last light of day gleams.

Light glitters.
Heat shimmers.
Wind blows.
Where it goes nobody knows.
Rain pours.
Hopefully outdoors.
Water gurgles.
And burbles.
Snow falls silently.
Landing gently.
Time flows.
And on it goes.
Work feeds.
Giving us our daily needs.
Religion proclaims.
One god with many names.
Life goes on.
With the grace of a swan.
Love sustains.
And always remains.

Walk the many miles together.
With a heart as light as a feather.
Friends before all.
Friends never to fall.

Love is the gilding.

My wife, sleep my love, sleep.
She is part of me
The very best of me.
I forgot my I cause.
I forgot she knows my flaws.
We travel this world over the years.
We consol each other’s fears.
She watches over me.
She cares for me.
Night time is waiting.
Dream time is fading.
Through the spinning.
Like your beginning.
Daylight is waiting.
Cautiously fraying.
With fever, with passion.
With anger, or compassion.
We dry each other's tears.
As we walk the years.

The Journey
A journey to who knows where.
All I know is I’m there.
A journey just begun.
Now my life is done.
Maybe heaven.
With no concession
Maybe hell.
But still I hear the bell.
To walk along this track.
And never look back.
A long road.
Dragging my heavy load.
A single tree.
That does not hear my plea.
Dripping death from its gnarly branches.
And takes no notices of my advances.
A vista of equals.
No more sequels.
All chances gone.
Nothing left to dwell on.
Aspects of a death foretold.
And...
