POEMS AND SHORT STORIES
Poet Introduction
Comedy writer and also write serious stuff from the heart when I'm in the mood. Without humour life has no real balance and we take ourselves too seriously. I use humour as armour against the slings and arrows of outrageous circumstance. ;-)
To Whom It May Concern

The Sniper
Yonder see the enemy a young man standing tall,
A gleam on eye, on rifle struck by sun,
Can any war be truely won?
By killing him can good be done?
Stern duty calls.
I carefully aim and cause this man to fall,
Rejoice not he was the brother of us all.
