Bones of My Heart
You remind me of a memory
I think might have been a dream
Where I
For a day
Traded faces with a robin
So my mind would eat like a bird
My songs would tweet sweet
The bones of my heart would hollow
And love
Love would soar so damn high!
I think might have been a dream
Where I
For a day
Traded faces with a robin
So my mind would eat like a bird
My songs would tweet sweet
The bones of my heart would hollow
And love
Love would soar so damn high!

Remember Spring?
You have overstayed your welcome
Your presence is stale
Ive never seen
A snow so pale
Each coughing flake
A winters choke
Shrowding all
A chilling cloak
From a cold hearted cloud
Through the sky you fell
Spring was almost here
Spring will never be here
Your presence is stale
Ive never seen
A snow so pale
Each coughing flake
A winters choke
Shrowding all
A chilling cloak
From a cold hearted cloud
Through the sky you fell
Spring was almost here
Spring will never be here

holding
My hands and arms travel like vessels through these waves and oceans of blankets, sheets, and pajamas. Sailing flawlessly without compass or map. Only my heart to guide them as they make port. Nestled safe and sound around the bay that is your torso. I'm holding, hugging, and cuddling. And I refuse to let go. Your breathing is softer than sighing roses. Anchored safe and sound as we drift off to sleep. I'll see you in my dreams. I'll be inlove with you forever it seems

Homeless and Humble
Across the public thoroughfare, sits an emaciated man. Shaking shamefully his rusty can. Hunger pounding furiously through his stomach and eyes. Louder even, than the passing cars and flocks of drunkards exiting near by pubs. Strolling through the traffic to give what contribution I may. My fingernails scrape the depths of these pockets, intending to give the stranger all I have. Nearing the curb I hear a sonorous ringing. An ominous alarm or sound of warning. Instantly I feel a crushing sensation in all of my bones. As if I were but a sketch on paper, crumbled up and to the trash I'm thrown....

ex best friend
There you are again, in the padded walls of your mind. Cowardly tucked away in your jacket. Trying so fucking hard to hide from time. Lurking and slipping from shadow to shadow. You laugh loud out of madness and forgot how to cry. Those two, horrendous, black holes you call your eyes are sucking up all the beauty you've left inside. And as they swallow the last bit of it, a hunger pinches stomach. You step into the light searching for something more to consume in this now completely empty room, your mind. See now what you've done. Ruined your life, killed everyone who cared for you and pushed...

Ideas as Crumbs
A deep unavoidable irk
Tight pinch or pain
Nay, a swift laceration or penetration
Does prod at the walls of my mind
Pleading for something
Begging for anything
It feels as though my brain is malnourished
Thoughts emaciated
Haggard and famished
Ideas as crumbs
And the mice
The mice steal them all
Tight pinch or pain
Nay, a swift laceration or penetration
Does prod at the walls of my mind
Pleading for something
Begging for anything
It feels as though my brain is malnourished

Hushing Depths
At the bottom of a lake
She layed in the wake
Of her frail body's
Last decomposing days
The death in my eyes
She could not cope
I rot by her side
Beneath my coat
Pond scum and algae
Consume the frame
Snails and salamanders
Slip by so lame
Trapped in our car
With the windows up
the doors locked
Your time, almost up
My fortunate self
Died in the first day
You've been withering for weeks
Next to, the dead smell of me
My ghost drudged the lake
Incapable of leaving the scene
You...

Skeletal Trees
Skeletal trees
Lacking life
Lacking leaves
Point for me
The direction that ends
Where the world glitches
Where the clouds fritz
Where these eyes shake
Where the sun shutters
As she envisages
The glee of the moon
And his lucky luck
He isn't awake
To share his flaws
Lacking life
Lacking leaves

A Welcome Displeasure
These rats
Their verminous existance
I hear them
I am well aware of their omnipresence
They aren't as subrosa as they assume
Coming and going as they so please
Their claws on the wooden floors
The way they speak
They nauseate me so
I've fixated traps
Hidden my rations
Yet they still return
As if they enjoy the ridicule
Drink it in
Eat it up
Get high on it
Find joy within the anguish
As a welcome displeasure
My step sons
Their verminous existance
I hear them
I am well aware of their omnipresence
They aren't as subrosa as they assume
Coming and going as they so please

The way they speak
They nauseate me so
I've fixated traps
Hidden my rations

As a welcome displeasure

so bloody so cold
I entered the room with no clothes and no name. Screaming and bloody, so cold, so bloody. Every person here, arrived years ago. Strangers congregated for this moment. I've never felt so dead. All I knew was warmth, comfort, and simplicity. Now I fear these gawking creatures will ask tricks of me. To crawl, to eat, to create and succeed.
Please change me back into a seed, so I may once again live a life that is free. Things were perfect, I would lay and feed. Though at times I heard voices from an outter world. The thin walls of my skull and my cozy warm home couldn't mufle the sound. They...

Nameless Peers
There is a sort of sumptuous amenity, among people and scents unknown. A concoction, delicious to ones heart. How downright ravishing. To think not a single person on this bus knows the complexity of my mind, nor my sorrow. However, I am just at fault as they. I've no clue who these faceless figures are, nor where they are going or coming from. Each bobbing head and texting hand has a life of its own. Equally as in-depth as mine and the lady to my immediate left. The world is littered with hearts, lives, and stories. So confront a stranger, don't be a stranger. Because the value of a...

Rest Easy Fellow Traveler
And its constant, like a forgotten to be turned off faucet. The stream of thoughts, flowing through my mind. The waves look serrated and dangerous
Yet they curl white at the tip, ever so invitingly. And ill let you gulp from my ideas as im pouring out thoughts. A glass for everyone, refills are free, refills are never frowned upon. Drink it up, drink it in, shake loose every drop, tap the side of the cup even. Clasp the sides of your head, wallow in creativity. Ambiguous, ambivalent, uncertain, you know you've bitten off more than you can chew. More than your simple mind can handle. I...
