Anxiety
It takes strength to have a life;
when your trapped, out of breath it's
a fight to survive. Struggling within… A daily
fight to fit in. When we struggle to see through the
lights, yet all we see is lightning strikes. It's that fear in
us of never being a part of something, as it all falls down
upon us...crashing. Your life, your world so debilitating,
can’t think or sleep, you just stop living. There is a
strength in us we
can not see.
When we
find it,
let it set
us free..."

Love is...
That feeling of deep affection,
a connection, a rush of emotion.
Chaotic, overwhelming, warmth, desire,
perfection through the eyes of each other.
Caring, kindness...never expecting,
seeing true beauty, that’s love everlasting.
Complex yet fascinating, a euphoric high,
patience with age getting better with time.
A bond that completes a happiness for 2,
moments to make memories hold onto.
Our differences give us strength to rise above,
brings meaning to I Love U unconditional love.
Knowing every imperfection, flaw...

One step behind
No matter how high you are,
I’ll always be here to catch you...
No matter the struggle,
we’ll find a way to make it through.
Wherever you go,
I’ll always be one step behind...
I’ll take your sadness, your hurt away,
even bring you peace of mind.
I’ll be the one to pick up the pieces,
when life takes you off course.
When problems do arise,
we'll tackle it at its source.
I’ll always have your back,
if something happens and your in trouble...
Life's not always hugs and kisses,
it can leave you in a...

There Is...
Let’s Paint a Picture...I’ll capture your mind
A dirty river ahead, such beauty resonates,
Echoing peace it gives off in the distance.
An inspiring, powerful song you take in;
with such a moving tune that makes you want to dance.
A mysterious, ominous pathway
who show strength and courage to walk on through,
rays of light off beautys sunset, colors fading off the wind,
shining through its natures meadow, beauty we can all relate too.
A child neglected, covered in marks and abrasions,
deprived of love and warmth....

A Truckers Life
I'm a trucker all day with long days ahead,
Working all through the night, while your asleep in your bed.
Before I can leave I inspect, check then go,
Everything seems good except my fluids seem low.
I hop in the cab, no time I can wait,
If deadlines are missed then there goes my freight and wage rate.
I stress about the road, my family and daily troubles,
While worried about my wife and all her daily struggles.
Few hours have gone, things couldn't be more wrong,
On these days I know my day will be a long one.
Should have known those fluids...

Loving Someone With an Illness - For Better Or For Worst
At present time there is no cure, nor fix, for our condition. An independent ailing mind invoking frightening vision. Robbing us of needed sleep, effecting hearts attrition. While avalanche of mix-matched thoughts bury intuition.
In a struggle to hang on, while readying to die. within each breath we grow weak, become as fragile child. We hurt, we cry, stomp our feet, then snort into a high. and for a few surreal secs, we don't have to try.
Yet all it takes is one small glimpse into a broken mirror. To see the lost soul trapped within and shed a grieving tear....

Alzheimer’s - Learning yourself all over again (through their eyes)
The best of me will slowly die, be strong for me no need to cry. When it takes my mind and health, I'll be a stranger of myself. Even when I'm beyond confused, that’s the time i need you most. So stand beside me don’t leave me now, I'll find a way to you somehow.”

Alzheimer's - To master the art of forgetting
How do you grieve the loss of someone you love is still alive?
How do you keep it together, how do you want to survive?
You treasure the memories and great times together.
We never forget them ... Forever and ever.”
Life comes with many challenges,
As we all develop we focus our talents.
Being in control makes the challenge seem easy,
since our mind helps maintain what we see.
But what happens when you lose your mind?
You become a lesser child inside?
Within the months, days, years...
fading, losing yourself then disappear. ...
How do you keep it together, how do you want to survive?

Anorexia - Behind the looking Glass
A mastermind in disguised by the sins of shattered glass, luring you in by its reflections, leaving you with painful thoughts, false confidence and shame. Your wasting away as time is coming short, pretty soon all that will be left of you is the remains of your bones.”
