Stand, Love, Fall
Airs cross peaks of goliath rock. Great ripples of slow unbreaking waves carry with them the somber songs of a barren voice.
A thousand stand.
A thousand fall.
Not one remembered.
Not one forgotten.
Breathless, time pulses the blood of withering hollows; a cataclysm heart.

Infinitum
A thousand forceful winds breath their fateful air deep into my lungs; in exhalation their dirt-anchored nails seize my throat from within. From without, I am collapsed. Sweet elision. Somber refuge. Find me in hollow torpor, my bed the slate unclean, unwelcome, undying.

I am useless
I am no one
I give my soul to you
I pour my blood from my lips
My lips now a frigid spout
And you refuse my sustenance
my submission
my spirit

You
Quiet misfortune
Give me your self
I will breathe my providence into you
Once and twice
I would give you my soul
Thrice
I would walk empty till death
For you to gasp just once the airs of passion
Wallow in yourself again
Blame me for your misery
Tell me what I’m given is taken
from others
from you
And believe it
Write me your antagonist, your bane
Read this as your truth and never doubt it
Never doubt yourself
I’ll be your enemy

The rooftops will blacken our jeans
The sun will rise to warm our air…
I’ll love you

I swear
The trains far away on the tracks will rumble and roar and we’ll wander together through the forests of ever, forever, we’ll hold our hearts and our hands together to take from each other the pains, and aches, and tears of our days; our sorrows, our fears, our doubts of our morrows; we’ll stand in the beaded grass of the morning lights to leave behind immortal nights.

Lay bare my delicate wrappings
