Thanks, Bren. It makes me sad to think you have no place for an altar. You know, just a little table ( old end table ) outside in a sacred spot you connect with will work too. Many outside altars are traditional. I can see you building one with stones. I have known others to transform closets into a sacred space.

This is my Southern Altar. I consider it my Peace Altar and am burning a candle and Ganesha incense to dissolve blockages.
One of my oldest friends lost their daughter and it's been rough. Their pain is ( understandably ) palpable. Despite knowing the dynamics of Death as a portal of beginning, not ending, it's been so difficult watching them suffer.
It has been so dark and cold and rainy and windy here all day. My son took the day off work after the SB so I didn't have my grandson this afternoon. Wasn't sure what to do with a few extra hours!

On the suggestion of a friend, I stepped out of my box and experienced Franz Wright's poetry set to music during my lunch break. The score of a film can enhance the overall experience of that film [ I am a score junkie ] so I was rather excited to listen to this. I feel the same can be done with poetry. Listening to this put me in a state I can't quite explain. It's so strange, and yet. . .

Hung a load of clothes out and this 'gang' that wanders the neighborhood together hit me up for lunch! 😂
