I'm not sure who the man is, RiAN! But he was certainly smiling; and though I can literally see him, I could not begin to describe him outside of what I already have. But I would imagine at our age almost anyone we meet is going to have a bit if not a lot of grey!

I'm happy the reading resonated. That was a VERY strong message, so my feeling is that you're approaching something major within your personal training that may be a trigger. I have always believe that triggers are where the light enters through the crack of realization's knowledge. It's as painful as opening your eyes in direct sun in the morning, but once adjusted, it's a beautiful day filled with blessings if you don't go back to sleep!

I will keep you in mind and send you lots of energy and strength during your training! You are truly on a precipice! I am excited for you! xo

Long story short Brigid was a Celtic goddess of Ireland who is closely associated with fire and the time of spring. Wasn't surprised I pulled her today. I lack the balance of fire ( I'm a water sun/air rising/earth moon ). I do have Leo and Sag in my houses, but I also have Cancer and Pisces; therefore, I'm like the Memoires of a Geisha: too much water! That is not a bad thing when you use it for good, but it can drown you without balance.

Therefore, whenever I need the balance of fire, I typically call upon Goddess Pele, wear red, and work with crystals associated with the element ( Garnet, Amber, Carnelian, etc. ). Brigid is an excellent card to pull when out of balance.

She was so well-loved by the Celtic people that and was adopted as a saint of holy wells and other holy places. So those with an abundance of water will find she's a perfect fiery goddess to light the way ahead. She will assist us to channel our energy into something that is important for our lives and serves our greatest good. Her sacred flames will burn away anything not serving you, or to bless new projects ( as well as support with fertility ).

Pyrite Suns are unusual pyrite formations exhibiting striations radiating out from the center like rays of the sun. They look like fossilized plants and feel like metal, but he crystal structures actually formed deep underground under great pressure about 350 million years ago.  It's a very powerful protection stone which shields and protects against negative vibrations and/or energy.

I love it because assists one in seeing behind facades promoting an understanding of that which lies beneath words and actions. The ancient Incas used Pyrite for meditation and divination.

Cognac Tourmaline ( rare, pictured to the viewer's right ): This stone will cleanse the aura and auric field. This is also a highly protective stone and protects its owner's sacred space. It is known as a loyal crystal believed to promote inspiration and happiness, reduce fear, and build self-confidence. It also bridges yin-yang energies, as it's considered a physical bridge to the spiritual.

Lastly, my little painted wooden angel ( thank you, Luna ) which says, simply, "I am praying for you". You have the power, but that power is magnified by the positive prayers of others. We are not an island to this human experience; we have a joyful purpose and are here for one another to love and encourage, lest we forget.

Lastly, and rather importantly, energy never lies. Avatars can lie. Names can lie. Words can lie. But energy. Oh no—it never lies. Learn to trust your heart's intuition as guidance rather than your head's reason. Life will be much more peaceful and joyful when you learn how to dodge the bullets that would hold you hostage, and keep moving forward in your spiritual, philosophical, or religious evolution.

Heartspeak—

This is going to sound strange to some of you; to others it's going to appear normal.  To others still, completely unbelievable. And so it is. . .or will be.
I am an avid reader of Esther & Jerry Hicks, and I love the story about Esther's first contact with Abraham. For those who are unfamiliar,  she was nodding her head in meditation ( or, rather, it was nodding itself after a few months of meditation ), and it turned out to be a sequence, and she realized it was spelling out numbers to the alphabet. Then it progressed to the keyboard before she finally relaxed into her gift of channeling. Of all the stories they've ever shared, that one has stuck with me the most.

I began paying attention. Close attention to patterns: birdsong, squirrel chatter, cricket chirps, and so forth. I instinctively knew something was somewhere, but hadn't connected yet. Those of you who know me, know how many times I've drawn cards or received messaged to listen to my heart. It had a message for me. That's easier said than done when your thoughts step in the way.

Some may not be familiar with this, but I have an irregular heartbeat; it pumps a certain number of times then pauses. While I love submerging my ears underwater during a bath to listen, it also causes anxiety. I mean there's nothing quite like listening to your irregular heartbeat. It speeds up; it slows down; it pauses ( some say skip, but it sounds more like a pause to me ) after beating a number of times, and so forth.

So where am I going with this? I was in a meditative state with my ear submerged this evening when all of a sudden, I realized my heart was beating out numbers. That realization was so profound for me. I began counting, but was so overwhelmed trying to correlate the beats with numbers and subsequent alphabet ( because I had no pen or paper ) that I kept losing track. By the time I got out, dried off, and dressed, all I could remember in sequence was 17 ( pause ) and 9 ( pause ). There were 11's, a 10, also a 14, I believe. But the only two I could remember in sequence ( for whatever reason ) was the aforementioned 17 & 9.

I began calculating the numbers with letters from the alphabet in various ways ( that made no sense because I suck at math ) until I felt led to use the life path sequence ( add numbers together until you get one number ).

17 = 1 + 7 = 8 = H
9 = I

I've been sitting with this for 30 minutes. And frankly, don't want to say anything else. Because you see, I know, whether anyone else does or not, that contact has been made. A universal language has been identified, and there is so much more to come.

Something that has made me nervous turns out to be a method of communication underwater, where my heartbeat, that irregular heartbeat, is louder-felt than any thought attempting to interfere could defeat. Do you have a bane in your side that makes you anxious. Perhaps you need to view it from a different perspective.

I think I'll watch the movie 'Contact' again tonight, and smile. Or, maybe cry. Either is okay; it's my story.

An excellent movie choice; one of my favorites that I watch every few years.

It was bound to happen, given your gift for channeling. That fact that you received the message during one of the busiest times of your life says a lot about how receptive you are and your ability to tune out the rest of the world. You were actually the one to turn me on to Esther Hicks and Abraham, and you've talked for several years now about this being the path you were meant to explore.

I guess you no longer have to be anxious about the irregularity - it just means you have a special heart!  ❤

Full Scorpio Super Moon tonight, Lovies! And it's a beautiful day for a funeral ( thank you, Melissa ), in that you get to die in order to transform!  Now is NOT the time to hide from yourself or any situation you may be facing.

The energy of this intense, full Super Moon becomes exact at 11:32 PM ( EST ). Scorpio is associated with death, rebirth, transformation, and things that are concealed. It's a time of letting go; it's time to plan a funeral for what no longer serves you.

Milton once said the most difficult journey a man can make is that within himself. Thus, are you willing to face and accept your shadow so that it can be transformed?

It's also important to look at the sun's placement during a full Moon. In this instance, it's Taurus, Scorpio's direct opposite ( just a note that the sun sign is always going to be directly opposite from the full Moon ).  This is an important notation because of Human Design ( google it ).

Coinciding with Human Design, ensoulment ( exact time-frame a soul enters a fetus ) is believed to enter the fetus three months after conception ( or six months prior to birth ). I'll use myself as an example: I am a Scorpio born the first week in November; thus, my soul entered my gestating body  the first week of May in sign of Taurus, creating a duality between the sun sign of Taurus and this Scorpio Moon energies.

The earthy sign of Taurus will keep me grounded and place emphasis on what is important to me ( self-care, ritual, family, sanctuary, and so forth ). As a water sign, if I fight this, things will get pretty muddy in the struggle between water and earth! No clarity for YOU!

Whatever your sign, you should be feeling the effects of polarity between these energies, but will be at dis-ease if you're fighting your shadow-aspect. That is why it's so important to release control along with your fears, and face yourself. Leaning into your shadow with light merges these two polarities into a beautiful balance of energy that ebbs and flows gracefully in sync.

Just like THAT, a door slams shut! If this card has revealed itself, it suggests that a particular situation has reached its peak ( or will soon ), and things are now out of your control. Full Moons are nearly always about climaxes and very often about conclusions: Full Moon Eclipses are the same, but on steroids! A Full Moon Eclipse can be hard to handle because it portents change, something many of us are uncomfortable with. But change is a part of life and this card, regardless of when you pull it, reminds you of that fact.

Full Moon Eclipses can also give us a glimpse into what Carl Jung called ' the shadow self '.  Work with your darkness.

REMEMBER, you CANNOT shift something if you don't learn to embrace the truth of it first.  If you deny your trauma, you deny your transformation. If you deny your shadow, you deny the fullness of your light.

Everything is Sacred. Including every ounce of fear or lack of self-worth you may be experiencing. NOW is the time to transform it into what serves your greater-good by letting go.
