I met my bff at a concert in the 90's by striking up a conversation... we're still thick as thieves..

Only in high school, I loved drama classes and did a few school plays.
Nothing after, I'm regretful of that. I enjoyed it very much.

Not life endangering , (it was benign, thankfully ) but possibly disfiguring of my face... yes. just over a month ago, had a tumor removed from my parotid gland on the left side of my face.
It was relatively large and the surgery took both an ENT & plastic surgeon. To make sure my nerves weren't severed...
I'll have a decent scar (mostly behind my ear and down my neck close to the ear ) but it's something I can hide with my hair... or have revised in the future.. (long response, sorry... lol)
Scary experience.
