Post some of H's if he's cool with it. I would love to see it. I love color, particularly in rich oils. This one is "Beheld", oil & sumi on bristol.
I see a woman selectively choosing to be vulnerable with another individual, while remaining apprehensive about letting people in general get to know her. Her overwhelming concern was that of being judged and looked down upon as if unworthy. Though self worth has been established internally in a watershed moment, she is testing the waters externally.

Awesome creations everyone!
Luna—do you sell your jewelry online anywhere? Love it ! If I come across any old silverware , I’ll snag it & swap you for a piece of jewelry—lol. I’m always going to estate sales .
Here’s another creation of mine—I’ve been sewing for 40 years, have done quilts , curtains, clothing alteration/repair, and costume work for the local high school’s drama department . This is a shower curtain in my bathroom that I made from an old bedskirt and some other vintage fabrics I found at an estate sale.

I remember when you were making that! Loved the colors and design of the bathroom.
Luna, I love crocheted jewelry. One of my best friends is a spinner and used to make it! She moved to Maryland a few years back.
Slip! That is so cute! My GrandPrecious would love that! You should post some images of your finished furniture!
Wolf- what do you do with those carvings? I mean are they for decor or do they serve another purpose, i.e. - added onto something, etc?
Sky - Looking forward to my mala necklace!

That is so pretty! I have a sewing machine and I’m going to take lessons this summer, since I can’t seem to figure it out on my own LOL!
I don’t have my Etsy shop anymore; I typically just do a few local shows a year, plus some commissioned pieces here and there, but I would absolutely love to make you a bracelet or pendant if you find silverware that you love. For a cuff, I like to have 3 pcs in case I mess one up on the bender tool (it still happens occasionally .
Ahavati, I made these earrings using thread, a .75mm steel hook, and a doily pattern

"Wolf- what do you do with those carvings? I mean are they for decor or do they serve another purpose, i.e. - added onto something, etc?"
I create them as "medicine pieces" , which most everyone who has ever bought
from me ( or traded for ) understands...I also explain the significance of deer ,
as far as medicine in many cultures , or other animals horns , skull , bones...
I have now carved over two hundred pieces , and should be back to it soon...
I have had pieces go to Italy , France , South America , Australia , and Africa ,
through people visiting the United States from those countries...
Many pieces are purchased , and bought for magical \ ritualistic purposes ,
though I have made door and drawer handles for some people...
Some , though , have been made for display , sometimes on an altar ,
or , after I carved a whole elk horn , someone had a stand carved out
of a redwood stump by another artist , then mounted , for a major
display piece for their living room , in their house overlooking the
Pacific Ocean...
Many pieces are also jewelry pieces , or hung on medicine bags , or
for fashion purposes...those are but a few uses , and I still have a number
for sale , yet I as well have my own , including a necklace I am currently ,
and mostly , wearing...I also have a number on deer hide , strung from my hat...
Hope that helps , thanks for asking...;)
