I can totally understand the frustration of reading a 'wham, bam, fuck you hard, man' poem. Ok there's not a lot of class in it, and I'll happily admit that 99% poems of this sort are from naive inexperienced people who just want to write something that they think is dirty.
I like to think my erotica is classy. 99% of the time.
Just because I write erotica sometimes however, doesn't mean I want to read every body else's. The writing is there for my expression of how I was feeling at the time. It doesn't matter how it is perceived by other people.

I think erotica should always be "show, don't tell" - this is why it's always a richer read. The porn poems I've read on here are generally very graphic and don't really abide by the "show, don't tell" rule. However, I find the porn poem's pretty sexy and if it elicits a response from me then it's got worth.
