Tragedy Strikes!
an unholy affair
he loved her so
that at night
he would sleep under her window
just to smell her
she knew he was there,
to see him
she would not dare
her father rebuked him
hated him
"stay away"
but love knows no bounds
he had love for her
by the pounds
she loved him too
so much
i cannot explain it to you
too much
too much....she loved him too much
for them to be together
they had to be together forever
found in a field under a tree
they hung together....happily
he loved her so
that at night

A brief union
The day you came home
My love, hands entwined
Looking deep into each other's eyes
Knowing deep passions and desire
Among the flowers we stand
I unbound myself from the world
The trees shrouding us from them
The day you came home
I unbound myself from contraints
The sea came to the mountain
The wind blew a symphony
of love and sweet belonging
To each other we entwine our soul
in one, through the joining of our bodies
Eve came home to Adam
At the threshold of Eden
lighted by the moon and stars
Breathes met and coalesced
midair like a promise of forever
The wholeness began from my heart
and set within me
Lending a blush to a tired rose
Among the dewy grass I lay me down
with you in my arms
You became mine again among the roses
Your claimed my body and soul
and lavish upon me ecstasy
Bringing me up to the heavens
and down again like fluttering confetti
You charm my soul

to you my love was the day
I said goodbye
To them for I have chosen you
As my home, my love
I followed you through the portal
to a rebirth, a death, an eternity
Until we return.

Kiss It All Better
He remembered this girl, his best friend.
When she was cying out her eyes
because people were cruel to her.
He remembered the look in her eyes,
when he would kiss her and make all the tears go away.
"Kiss it all better" she would say.
But now she was laying limply in his arms,
a spot of blood blooming through her shirt.
She looked up at him, the same adoration in her eyes.
"Kiss it all better" she cries tugging on his shirt.
He looks down at her,
shivering and bleeding.
Where were the cops?
Why did that guy shoot her?
What had she done to him ever in her entire life?
She was the sweetest of people
That he had ever gotten the chance to meet.
Why would someone want to kill her?
No-- She wasn't dead, but she was dying.
The bullet had hit her in the heart.
Why hadn't he been there?
Why hadn't he saved her?
What took him so long to get to her?
This wouldn't of happened.
"I'm sorry" he whispers to her.
She smiles up at him.
"It's not your fault love, you didn't know--"
she draws in a sharp breath.
She wasn't going to last much longer.
Where had that man gone?
Dropped his gun and fled the scene of the crime?
...
The gun?
There it was, still on the ground.
He reached over and grabbed it.
Anger boiled in his veins.
The love of his life was bleeding before him
on a cold, empty street.
He looked in the direction the man ran.
And he could see his shadow,
among the alley way in the dark of night.
Hiding from the sin he commited.
The life he ended.
One bullet.
That was all it took.
In the back of the man
that tore his world apart.
The shadow dropped.
But she was also gone.
He stared down at her body and he could see
That she was still beautiful as ever.
He kissed her lips.
Still warm with her fading heat.
"It's okay love, I kissed it all better"
he whispered than he raised the gun to his own head.
Just as the police sirens could be heard in the distance.

Together Forever

She is like the sun,
he is like the moon.
Though in their minds they felt trouble,
their hearts maintained the pursuit.
The chemistry they felt,
could be avoided no longer.
For each other they felt,
the deepest of hunger.
Even on the sunniest of days
when the two became one,
it always seemed to rain.
She arose like a beautiful flower,
and though he carried a dark cloud,
with him, she felt such power.
They knew from the start...
the reasons unspoken.
Their love would never work,
two hearts will be broken.
Yet it did not stop them from trying,
they had to be together...
their attraction undying.
He was the bad boy,
she was the golden child.
Since the day they met,
their hearts went wild.
The thrill was exciting,
often sneaking away.
There was no question it was going to happen,
the question was, which way?
Skipping school,
staying out late,
passionate glances,
extended breaks.
The late night began like every other,
out their windows they crawled,
to sneak away with each other.
Driving down the road
music up high,
he leaned over for a kiss

He was restricted at home,
Like a dog on a leash,
And loved a forbidden love.
She was abused at home,
Like the old and unwanted,
And loved a painful love.
Together,
They felt free,
And truly alive.
She wished to run away with him,
He wished the same,
But they never got the chance.
She broke.
She left without warning,
Without him.
He wept,
He had no love left,
Without her.
Thus the two loves died,
Her fate unknown to all but the omniscient.
He an empty soul.
Now,
He spends his days wondering,
"Will she ever come back?"
He saw her,
