Every time at this point, I sit down and think about how hard this is to do, and if I'm lucky inspiration strikes. Tonight it did. Other nights I've been kind of embarrassed about what I put out there when it didn't, but it's like that every year. I love doing this. I love the discipline of it. I love doing it with all of you. Thank you for this annual gift.

You're very welcome, Satin. I think you've encapsulated how we all feel. Someone recently told me that it was too strict. But it's not. If it was too strict dozens wouldn't be crossing the finish line each year. A "Challenge" is just that - a "Challenge" is designed for you to work, to think, to pay closer attention to what you're doing, even when tired and uninspired.
A "Challenge" shows you what you're made of. . .and the most beautiful part about a "Challenge" is that you rarely know until complete just what you're capable of.
And the vulnerability is priceless.
