Welcome to the club in so many ways.

I thought I'd have a nice morning of writing and commenting, but having to dig myself out from underneath 6 inches of heavy wet snow on the 13th of April! for crying out loud, I feel like collapsing back into bed.

Ive been struggling too. I can write more than 30 in a month and have done many times. But what makes this different is the fact i have to do it and thats been a struggle because of the way i write . If inspired can write up to 10 pieces in a day cause i write in the moment havent put prompts down been watching movies listening to music teying to get a mood a word that sets me off. Im still on track but not been easy

It’s the same for me, AP.  I think this is forcing us out of our mode of waiting for inspiration, and that feels really hard some days.  Like today, for instance lol.

Definetely been out my comfort zone . I can see whst previous particapants mean that it does challange you differently

I feel the same way.  I can write as many poems in a day when the inspiration come. I also write in the moment and just spill whatever makes sense. I'm focus on coming up with 50 unique words in my entry and I don't know how my poems stand.  It's the spirit of the NaPo that keeps me going.

Greetings, Participants! Congratulations! If a hungry Alien is demanding payment at your door, you've successfully navigated through the requirements to reach day 14 of the Challenge!  And I think, for the first time EVER in this challenge, everyone has!

Episode 14/30

A white haired, digitally animated worm cackled on the Bridge's widescreen television and cried out,

From Hell's heart I stab at thee!

Warfyroo hid behind a chair, inquiring, "yeSUS, what is that thing?!"

"This is no ordinary computer virus," replied Summer Yar as she fiddled with glowing knobs and blinking buttons, pretending to know what purpose they all served. "It appears to be a Khanqueror Worm."

HAhaHAhaHA!

Everyone on board the Stanza was getting a headache as it repeated every fifteen seconds:

From Hell's heart I stab at thee!

Spock-Josh stepped forward, informing them that the Stanza would be greeted by dock workers at the Baits Vending Corporation factory in approximately sixty minutes. Bones McTallen licked the side of his neck.

"Yep!" he said. "This is the real Spock-Josh, not the Dummi Worm!"

HAhaHAhaHA!

"I have a plan," DUG stated matter-of-factly, "but first, would someone please turn the television's sound down?!"

From Hell's heart I - - -

"Thank you," said the Rear Admiral. "Nurse Daisy, you take it from here."

That's when Daisy Chapel rolled her eyes and explained to them HER plan that DUG took credit for.

An hour later, the Stanza was being boarded by Baits Vending dock workers on forklifts who were taken aback as they only found an equally perplexed Dummi worm along with one other curious life form.

"I demand a status report!" Dock Master Baits shouted over the intercom.

The Dummi Worm licked the neck of Bones McTallen occupying the Captain's chair and realized they were all outsmarted. This was not the real McCoy . . .

This man was made out of Gingerbread!

HAhaHAhaHA! laughed the Khanqueror worm, who proceeded to infect the entire space station factory, rendering it inoperable.

Meanwhile, the Poet Wardens, Poetfleet cadets, and seven slug guests were nowhere to be found -  but where did they disappear to?!
