At The Local Precinct (age 1yr)👶🏻

( a haiku renga )  

endless stretch of street  
noonday sun on cut green grass  
my first walk alone  
 
•🌿👶🏻🌱•  
 
two nice men in black  
stop in a big black and white  
one lifts me — Daddy?  
 
•🌿👶🏻🌱•  
 
a young officer  
feeds me from a pudding cup

I was five years old
