Disappearing Time
disappearing time, tick tock
mind releasing dreams
in a place without a clock
this is how it seems
penetrating in between
what was and what will be
no longer drowning in a stream
of thoughts, ecstatically
moving through forever space
quickly with just mind
prepared for what there is to face
while slipping out of time
into a place without a clock
a place releasing dreams
in disappearing time, tick tock
at least that's how it seems...

Whispers of Yesterday
Things of Yesterday
are gone like
Whispers in the Wind,
carrying them away,
To never see the Light of Day,
To be Blinded by the Dark of Night,
To never see the Sun Shine Bright,
The Whispers of Yesterday,
Have fluttered away, and gone astray,
The voices that were heard,
The speaking of soft words,
You barely hear them,
Just under a breath,
Upon a Whimper,
is where they rest.

Are all now gone,
Now, Turning soft whipsers
into a sad Love Song!!!

Christmas Morn
Christmas morn no snow.
Just a foggy sight.
That's feels just right.
Wisps of smoke billow in the still air.
Rising from a chimney pot.
Dazzlingly a dance of pure delight.
Morphing.
Decorating fluid like.
Of shape Designs and Ideas.
If only in my head.
This vision is short lived.
As it only occurs as the fire .
In the hearth is lit.
Dying down as the fire gets going.
As I could see on the house next door.
Turned into a heat hazed wisp'er.
Lit sometime earlier this Xmas morn. ...

rest assured
an artistry in the spilling of words onto the page
finessing the thoughts
stringing them together in a way to make one feel
deeply and passionately with tempo, rhythm and rhyme
sublime feeling when you get it just right
troubling the depths stirring emotions
connecting with one another
we poets are a different breed
hunting for just the right word play
something soft to fall on the ears
it's in the versed I find God
sleepiness of soul and I'm dreaming
ladybug sunshine and starlit horizons
my mind turns happiness over...

I pick up my brush.
And I don't paint in a rush.
I begin to paint a rosy bush.
Roses,covered in thorns.
I paint a lively,blue sky.
And bumblebees,birds that begin to fly.
Maybe an ocean,a cloud that cry.
With soothing sounds of rain.
I'll paint myself and I won't feel any pain.
Maybe a rainbow on the other side.
And color palette in which I take pride.
