Cry Of Nature
Shy nymphs nestled in roughened bark their spirits intertwined.
Stroked by breezes and gently hugged by reaching slender vines.
Joined as one the dryad fades should the giant die.
So tied are they to this their home that towers to the sky.
Sadly weep the lone sentinels that dwell in the living wood.
For mortals squander creations secrets before there understood.
The tribes of man no longer know about their ancient past.
Arrogant is their faith in foolish ways and luck that will not last.
Lust and want has cloud their minds reducing life’s true worth. ...

Life is a struggle
How do you explain
To a child so young
About what happened that fateful day
Did God intervene
Was it meant to happen
Or were we lucky your life
Wasn't just whisked away
To look on the surface
You'd think everything's normal
Dig a bit deeper

A bit slower
Weaker
But that's purely physical

This is for the boy who tried on his Mother’s make up and felt BEAUTIFUL for the first time
For the fathers that loved their sons but held their TRANS DAUGHTERS a lil tighter knowing intolerance still exists
For the girl who joined the football team
Once told her hair wasn’t long enough,
clothes not tight enough
not fitting in but finally finding her TRUE SELF.
This is for every and anyone who loves someone for their SOUL and not their gender.
For the great ppl that we lost and still remember

Tolerating Intolerance
some would say I am intolerant
I can be stubborn and opinionated
I am even known to be belligerent
I find that righteous hate is justifiable
intolerance for specifics is in us all
all human beings need someone to kick
its an interracial part of the human psyche
being honest with oneself we are all bigots
it is preferences seeking admonishment
only one god all the other gods are wrong
seeking differences, reacting with soft hate
we say we are tolerant, it is an outright lie

your passion for strict ration,
disguised as suave compassion,
is but the bitter fruit of ignorance.
i cannot sympathise with sympathies
that rob the poor of civil liberties.
