Interesting how the end of times
Always being prophesied
Constant fear mongering rhymes
Where nefarious control thrives
And spiritual freedom dies
Whilst inner being cries, out
Out of body
Out of spirit and soul
Out of gas
Out of energy, paid the toll
If only,
We could know
From where the lies grow
In and out of decades we go
Blindfolded by those
Gagged and dragged by our throats
Told we need to go kill the trolls
That threaten our way of old
If by chance,

We are one
We were born from blood!
Blood and fire!
We received the baptism and passed it on!
Wolf cubs, we tore each other apart.
Fangs and claws should have been our coat of arms!
Who are we today?
How do we look towards tomorrow?
When yesterday's fears haunts us,
When everything seems different than it was...
Who are you, my neighbor?
What do you want from me?
What do I hope for from you?
How would you like us to be tomorrow?
Millennia spin in our blood
Like a rolling wave they come towards us!

Bad temper
The Lily of the Valley
Blossoms beautifully
Its fragance is light and fresh
But poison runs through its veins,
A dark side
It surely hides
Somehow similar to this flower
Two sides are part of this girl
On her happy days,
Like a nightingale
Sitting on a cherry tree's branche
She sings the greatest melodies
But when angry,
Becoming a deadly tornado
She destroys all in her path

Marry jo
Mary Jo
Mary Jo, where are you now? Dusty bones in a cemetery?
A dashing man drove you through the night, over a bridge
that wasn’t there, into the water, and then you were alone
breathing, through pockets of air in the car, waiting for
him to rescue you. Did you hear steps on the pebbly road
as he was running away? And your tears became the sea`s
Mary Jo, I have not forgotten you; the man who betrayed
you., is dead too; they gave him a send-off, and the famous
came to his wake; did they think of you?
Your parents were paid off not to...

Preconceived notions
in motion
Vitriolic endeavor
The tether to apathy
I marinate in the cloak they fashion
Suturing myself into this synthetic veneer
Adhering to this external solace
Forced to fondle only the surface
When deep down
I've been trimmed of purpose
A newly minted petal
Of a flower
in a vase of malaise
Harrowed by years of misguidance
My emotions, untraveled
Ravelled and in bloom
In a razor lined room
I cinch the spill
until
emphatic palpitations astir

My heart
her heart
isn't perfect
it is layered with emotions
pulsing through thick veins
it has been punished
brutally
it has felt utter joy
kindness
love
there are times
she is shaken
by its depths
memories are carried
in the deep wells
pumping life into each
sacred moment
many times she
has wondered
marveled at this
muscle
that feels too much
its desire to go on
without knowing
how or why
it still beats
rhythmically ...

Intj, enfp, more letters to initiate boxes
Ever so carefully worded
Never fully understood
Until challenged
Bored by the presence of balance
But needing it so,
To satiate your chaos
Embarrassed by errors
Pondering deep thoughts
Ignoring the water rising
Stuck in shallow sided conversation
Oh what minds have faltered
When they witness your goofy like desires?
Robotic and persistent
Your exterior rarely cracks but when it does
You polish it religiously
Respectfully...
Don't you think they can see?
In spots you've made reflective
Someone so...

From sunshine, pull into the rain ☔
Living tha UK dream, Buenos Dias
Do tha walk of shame...🚶🏽
Letting tha beer flow, benefit street on tha jam&roll 💸
I gotta get that dough, set up shop, and start that grow 🪴
I kept my nose clean for long enough🫧
Stay off tha street where it gets rough 👊🏽
But them boys called my bluff 🤫
Start fights, blue lights, n get me cuffed 🚨
I stayed in and I wrote my stories📚

Position of credibility
On uncommon grounds we stood face to face with our desires
Against my judgment we were inseparable & the pattern became habitual
Even in the glass I saw beauty with my vision locked & made the move
Shell shocked by the physical I cared less of the long term affect I seen coming
Split the emotional ties with nothing good to give options were given but limited
No fan of neither you introduce your own choice & I became deaf
In the beginning your words were credible & never questioned
Then you...

Everyday the Sunrise
I am with my comforting flock,
out - through - out the city
we fly on stained wings,
and with a broken heart,
feeling old as we tarry in the fields
each day I know the sunrise,
all around the merchant's square,
we drive going back and forth
colors moving through each part
of the loop as the sun falls
in a disguise my treasure
lay deep in the shadows
left behind in a strange land
where I know nothing at all,
trapped in the ambitious mind
never to live any legend

A Farewell to Decency
My friends,
I can no longer understand
The way the world is today,
Why the politics have gotten so…
Dirty,
It seems as if common politeness
Has given way to greed and avarice.
Farewell to the days of decency,
The care for our fellow man,
Living in the time of excess
Seems to be the goal.
Perhaps we as poets, writers,
Dreamers,
Those who envision a world without pollution
Without hate
Strive to write
And compose until our fingers ache,
Our minds united
Raising our voices together ...

Why the politics have gotten so…

Farewell to the days of decency,
The care for our fellow man,
