Teenage Love
Love is flawed
Hate is pure
Real to me at least
I burn and destroy pop song lies in my room at night
People really listen to this shit?
Laughing uncontrollably on how weak and lame this crap really is
Thinking of poor, sad little boys and desperate, tragic little girls
Their cry eyed faces
Hard dick blueball realities
Soft-hungry pussies craving love
Their painful pathetic minds
Maybe they should collaborate and write love songs to the fucking moon

A dysfunctional family life
It's me again the story teller of words ✍️ I write these words from my own memories of my past life, as I read a story that reminded me of my own past life. 🤨 What the abuse had done to me a reflection upon my own life and world. 🌎 For I can relate to this story of living with a abusive man, not my real father. 🤨 YET he felt it necessary to hit me and to put his hands on me, when he was drunk punching and hitting me with his fist. 👊 Yet my own mother would say to me that's what you a man in your life. 😲 Yet treating it like it was alright...

Officer
longings for something I've never had
wielding the power some women have
my youth was sensitive and shy
became a mommy at fifteen
and after that, I had body issues
along the way, I denied the guys that were genuinely nice
hurt feelings would surely come of it
for some reason, I always attracted police officers
by this time I started using drugs, and my parents
had put me out for having a baby so young
and it was the eighties and I was depressed
my apartment was nice and soon I met the neighbors
they introduced me to cocaine ...

Triumvirat - Spartacus
At fifteen, the music whirled in a time machine,
where Spartacus calls with symphonic gleam.
Keys cascade like ancient rivers’ stream,
echoing rebellion in a wild and fierce dream.
Synth notes rise like morning's first light.
With drums' thunderous roar Rome takes flight.
Heartbeats sync with the rhythm's might.
An empire's fall in the silent night.
Emotions surge in the flickering gleam
as history dances revealing its steam.
In the attic headphones tether the soul
each track pulls deeper making hearts whole.
Warrior’s cries...
where Spartacus calls with symphonic gleam.

The Eeks of the World
For five weeks
for several summers
I attended a sleepaway camp in North Carolina,
near my grandparents' vacation home
I think it was listed as a Christian camp
There was another Jewish girl once
I sang Dear Lord Jesus
along with everyone else
No big whoop
The archery counselor's nickname was Eek
She was an older woman
with the type of shortly curled,
pubic looking perm
that made me wonder how much worse her untreated hair could have been
She seemed to dislike me
Or at least my technique

Take a ride with me
I want you to play a game with me.
Look at the dots on the wall here.
They tell me where we will go next.
Random journeys into the unknown.
And at night we are only shadows.
Simply moving from place to place.
Through this underground network.
A strange world woven in the city.
With points of metro schemes.

She Found Me
I was being shy and was trying hide
So I covered my eyes and to my surprise she found me
On that warm summer night under the moonlight
She walked up to me, lifted my cap looking in curiously
“Why are you hiding?” she said with that a smile
The moment our eyes met there was something
As her group of friends and mine met that first time
I felt my heart’s rhythm thumping and bumping
“I’m not hiding” I replied still trying to hide
With a shy smile she must’ve found appealing
I was trying to be smooth in those old days of youth ...

eighteen, I guess
it was uncommon in dartford
to meet two attractive french girls in the pub, and me and my mate
derek were immediately besotted,
although, unfortunately for the
sake of our friendship, both with
the same one, not that it mattered; neither of ‘em fancied us ..

I'm only a phone call away
There's a ledge
with your name carved into it
I watch as you look back at me
before you step into the free fall
knowing where you're going
I can't follow
It doesn't matter that my name
is etched into the stone history of us
it doesn't matter that I understand
how easy it is to fall into the abyss
it doesn't matter that I tried
to pave a different road for you
with all the blood my soul had to spare
sometimes fate finds us and binds us
and when we wake up like death

Blind Date
There was no tingle of anticipation
No looking forward to him
Just thought that I should go
And meet a man unknown to me
fate had plans, as the stars aligned
my friend’s date and mine both blind
chemistry did spark we connected
our dates were sweet as ice-creams
so surrender we did to fate’s comedy
in and out of candy and flowers
chocolates and murmured promises
pillow talks far beyond the night
ten years later he walked by
I couldn’t remember his name
We were vague memories
Of misspent youth.

Sirens of the Secretarial Coven
Sirens of the Secretarial Coven
My non-traditional for men job quest
Lands me in the typist’s oasis
Of the secretarial pool of Portland, Maine
I enter the perfumed office parlor
Of the skirted realm
Whose rose-scented atmosphere
Holds hope for the dream job
Of female cohorts
For a young man with great expectations
In the pursuit of happiness
To be found among blouses
Where I am to be administered the typing test
By an instructress introduced by her sister in ink as:
“Don’t worry John, she won’t bite. ...
