Stars-Beacon of hope
My tears fell in my cupped palms-
warm and glistening;
I threw them at the heavens
and they became stars...
Perhaps, every star is a tear
of someone
glimmering in the night sky,
reminding us that
in the darkest hours of despair,
our pain and fears
can turn into beacons of hope;
illuminating our paths,
guiding us,
forging us into toughened
and resilient warriors...
Reiterating with their perpetual presence
the stars symbolize
that our struggles and...
warm and glistening;

Don't give up the Ship!
Negate the negations... and...
see possibility beyond loss...
all throughout our hellscape land
to give your blues an Olympic toss!
See possibility below and above
dry pollen blowing off the trees
in automatic future love
undermining present disease...
which some will say must be removed
and often that is just the case,
but not before it's been well proved...
THAT WHOLESOMENESS IS LEFT IN PLACE!
So question those who double down
into violent decision.
So many now have etched their frown

Autumn Of My Life
I wore the watch you gave me, today
(I know what you're doing)
I picked an appropriate shirt
with pleated slacks
and nice shoes
I used my left hand to reach for everything
at every store, and to pay, and to get the change
My sleeve sliding up; The watch is elegant
I tried to not talk much
so I could seem eloquent
at least by appearance
As well as leaving the sleeves
just low enough
to hide my tattoos
And I understand, now
what you see in me
Besides the jeans ...
(I know what you're doing)

Body
Every so often I’m reminded
of the fact that I have a body.
Today, it hurts.
It’s my own damn fault –
dashing through forest
up and down hills
over roots and mud
for over two hours
will do that to a body.
And I relish the feeling.
Not because I enjoy pain,
but because it means I’m still here
and I get to inhabit this miraculous form
that can smell peace in the spruce trees
see joy in ripples on the streams
and I get to test
what else it can achieve and endure.

The Elements Of Shedding Tears (Cry Me A River: The Psychology Of Crying)
When we cry what exactly is released during this soulful emotion. Most parents advise their sons not to cry, because it shows a sign of weakness.
Most citizens of society cry for one reason of for various related issues; happiness, sadness, grief, and being overjoyed in the endurance of the moment.
Does one feel better about the circumstances, the turn of events once the tears have been shed, is there a better sense of mental peace, the relinquishing of emotions turmoil.
Why do teenagers or older adults shed tears on a softer approach, is it a normal response to accept...
