The Sleeping Terrain Of Thought
sacred thought kept in tear's regrets
fall down my cheeks in ripples of sorrow
I covet the honesty of my sadness
vulnerable in truth
guile resides in shadows
I prefer sunlit places where dreams are alive
though painful they never really die utterly
painfully aware of their beauty
they paint vistas on the horizons
and duly we follow
keening epiphanies alter our course
it is a solemn thing to live
to exist at all is pain
from umbilicus to breath
the first touch of air to skin
makes us startle

When you love someone
How do you love someone who doesn't love you back, for sure it's more of a statement than a question 🤔 that we should ask thyself in mind and heart and soul. For sure do you have a commitment, with consistency and understanding. 🤔 For do you have someone who can articulate there true intentions, and the ability to express their own feelings, with an emotional connection to have honesty and truth and trust. So if you answered these questions, whether it's a yes or no which one would you chose, and you feel that you truly have in someone that is supposed to love you 🤨....

Stars-Beacon of hope
My tears fell in my cupped palms-
warm and glistening;
I threw them at the heavens
and they became stars...
Perhaps, every star is a tear
of someone
glimmering in the night sky,
reminding us that
in the darkest hours of despair,
our pain and fears
can turn into beacons of hope;
illuminating our paths,
guiding us,
forging us into toughened
and resilient warriors...

The rider rides
With rage and passion in his heart
Over golden hills and across the plains
Across the great breath of land
Through realms and domains
Ready
To capture the sun
His untamed spirit and will

There is a flame to catch and a force wield

Killer Goals
Twinkle asked me
to write down goals
the first 1 was clear
build more muscles
gain strength back
years ago i learned
that being physically
stronger made me
mentally stronger
more resilient too
improved stamina
is goal number two
(never ending sex)
as well as a boost
in mood of course
i showed the list to
my guy & said i'd lie
if i said i don't want a
killerbody he thought it
was a reachable goal

I’m writing this letter to formally say, thank you.
Thank you for your hard work, dedication attention to detail as well as your constant efforts to keep me on task and up to date with edits. Your dedication to time lines and support when I didn’t think I could make the schedule made this super easy, you carried my ass the whole process, leaving me to simply write and edit. While it is a collaborative book in terms of writing all of the effort of creation, poem selections, pairing of pieces, collating the making it cohesive, on top of finding a way...

Society has tamed you
once wild and unapologetic
Your hunger was insatiable
no one dared cross your path
I need for the fire to rise in your blood
to remember how it felt to be seen and heard
I need the raven and not a dove trained to fly at reasonable altitudes
When will you need to override the conditioning?
Will you stay broken by life?
I see you lurking underneath your skin
break free and meet me
One step forward

Body
Every so often I’m reminded
of the fact that I have a body.
Today, it hurts.
It’s my own damn fault –
dashing through forest
up and down hills
over roots and mud
for over two hours
will do that to a body.
And I relish the feeling.
Not because I enjoy pain,
but because it means I’m still here
and I get to inhabit this miraculous form
that can smell peace in the spruce trees
see joy in ripples on the streams
and I get to test
what else it can achieve and endure.

undermining present disease...
