Part of a complete breakfast
As I reached for a spoon in my kitchen drawer
My hand could sense a growing displeasure
What the hell was I seeing?
Something was crawling on my spoon
It was a Cockroach!
I went into the cabinet, to grab my favorite cereal bowl
The Flintstones that is, Fruity Pebbles, Yum!
As I looked into the cereal bowl,
There were three roaches taking a shit on top of the other
Disgusting!
I know, I know,
Silly rabbit, tricks are for kids
And yes I know the honey nut will help me lower my cholesterol

I'm Sick Of Her!
Kind of sick of my wife
This marriage is getting the best of me
All she does is complain, nag, whine and bark orders
I could divorce her
I could up & leave
I'm just lazy I guess
I zone out most of the time
I'll escape by writing poems or stories
Other times I'll exercise or go for a walk or bike ride
I always keep myself busy
I'm a perfectionist
Our home is always clean, organized and neat
She knows how well I take care of everything and knows she don't need to lift a finger

I Wish I Was Aborted
Grab a rope and grab a chair
feet are going in the air
May seem careless, may seem weak
not your approval i hope to seek
Left a notebook saying why i did it all over there
Who am i kidding no one ever seemed to care
Any impact i had will just fade away
Everybody says you can do anything as a young man
Even though i tried this was the one thing that i could plan
Enjoy the ramen i had stashed away
Consume the maggots, that's the price you have to pay

Two Mouths, One Ear
So many seemingly with two mouths to speak,
Running on legs, opinions unique.
Waving two hands, bold gestures to show,
Yet one ear remains, where silence should grow.
They shout, they scream, with nothing to say,
Drowning the whispers that drift their way.
Words like a river, but wisdom so thin,
A conversation where none listen in.
On they march, two mouths in the lead,
With one ear left barren, ignoring the need.
For in quiet they’d find the stories untold,
Yet they’re too busy shouting to let truth unfold.
Endless...

Guts, but no brains
She told me while we were at a cafe eating lunch, that the way I live my life would make her head explode
She can't handle more then one thing at a time, due to her anxiety
I told her that I would pay her $100 dollars to see her head explode
She said today was my lucky day, pulled out a gun and shot herself in the head
Part of her head exploded onto the wall and our table
Instead of $100, I placed a $50 in her bra, since I only saw part of her head explode
I got up, paid the cashier and left
She had guts but no brains, literally
She can't handle more then one thing at a time, due to her anxiety
