Intellect have always been a friend, a sorceress of my mind
I would say I am a pretty great judgment of character and an extraordinaire when it cums to my soft sublime
Neven been on the scavenge to hunt, I am the beautiful sacred curiosity of the tease
I can make the tenderest love to your mind, poetically whisper in your ear, submerging it intellectually until you become the mingled words I taste on the tip of my tongue as my heart shall appease

A Soft Whisper To The Wind
In my pilgrimage as caged minds unfurl
Upright in peace crucified of its lashing words
My ancestral rite of passage I crossed over to gain wisdom found not
of this time
Spoken to the earth of whispered sacred benedictions of the sublime
Hearts dancing in rejoice to have the sanction of Creole dialect
wisdom of the wise
To give unto ancient sovereign, my King, this woman’s worth entwined
of universal beliefs from sundown to sunrise
Preordained upon...

Willfully In The Dark
It is I again. I guess I should have explained something about myself, I don’t know if I ever addressed this, I hate fucking politics. I write about them sure, but I don’t love anything about the process. I stay informed, but I’m not a fan.
It’s a necessity, not something I enjoy. It helped ruin a friendship, someone I loved liked a brother, it helped destroy a songwriting partnership. Because, I woke up from a 33 year party, and realized some lines had been crossed.
Worst of all it didn’t get any better, when I got sober. I’m talking about, Joey G, of course....

Showdown Over The Horizon
I guess you didn’t expect me back so soon. To be honest neither did I. But I’m always revisiting memories, or thinking about the journey to get where I am at present.
My friend, J.J. Burton, recently lost his mother. I think it was March 10th to be precise. He’s been busy, and I understand we’ll talk when were supposed to. I was there for him when his father passed, though there relationship was strained, it was still his father.
This one I figured would be worse, because he was close to his mom. I didn’t know her well. We talked some, she was a nice lady....

We have to ignore somethings
Through this cycle of life we all will have to learn, to walk away from the negativity of nonsense, that doesn't have anything to do with our own lives. For sure we have to learn how to navigate, through the process of the confusion trying to make some kind of sense out of it all. Just because we decided not to entertain, ourselves in a way that is detrimental to our own way of thinking about life. For sure we are responsible for our own actions, that comes with consequences, even when we speak within a conversation to articulate, what we have to say in a positive way to someone. Who is hell...

Living life on the edge of no return is real evidence of lessons learned, that we thought that we didn't need to learn, but yet that was far from the truth.
