Memory
Touch me, it's so easy to leave me
All alone with the memory
Of my days in the sun
If you touch me, you'll understand what happiness is
Look, a new day has begun”
You have no more power over me
No more longing for memories
No more easy ways for you to tease
My sensibilities
Then leave me
Wondering
Fuck you
All alone with the memory
Of my days in the sun
If you touch me, you'll understand what happiness is
Look, a new day has begun”
You have no more power over me
No more longing for memories
No more easy ways for you to tease
My sensibilities
Then leave me
Wondering
Fuck you

Devotional Radicals
Little Kenny Dewitt was barely 5 years old when he found out by his parents that his heart was wicked
His parents were religious fanatics, who read the good book each and every hour
They isolated little Harry from the rest of the world
His father worked on the farm producing milk & meat to sell in town
His mother was a stay at home mom, strict and overbearing
Many of the locals didn't even know Harry Sack existed
His parents taught him that in order to be faithful to the lord, you must do what we say or want
Harry was given chores from...

Life Lesson 6 (Uk) Defiance runs in the blood
Before the term road rage became common use, I'm pretty sure that my cousin, who was driving us back to the house, was exhibiting all the classic signs.
Not only was she speeding and diving in and out of traffic in her white Ford Granada car, but she was also letting out some colorful curse words, and I even had to turn my head and stare at her, wondering what was going through her mind.
We managed to return to the house in one piece to be greeted by the rest of the family. You would think that being born and raised in the United States, I would not...

in my dark hours I keep a diary of sin
days I squanered, on days I regret
with thoughts that haunt, while I try to escape to sleep
lying there with a private cinema
replaying pivatol moments
so many mistakes along the way
with pitfalls I feel I should have avoided
my faded flowers memories of brighter days
before I learned how brutal the world could be
sheltered as a little girl
I wasn't prepared for the realities of life
too eager to experience things
I wish I had more focus as a youth
so bright of mind, it seems...

thoughts percolate...
my heart wants to believe the best of others
but my mind...
holds a catalogue in memory
having borne witness to evidence
entirely to the contrary
& heart views a glass half full
mind sees it half empty
in truth...
it bears the same contents
it is...what it is
as a feather
plucked from a wing
no longer capable of flight
left merely to drift
near weightless
at the mercy of a current
such is the wandering of my thoughts
where heart sighs
& minds flinches
because we...

Aunt June
A poor old dingbat lady of the church
who came to visit mom, when I was young:
her teeth on the nightstand Polident perch
tumbler dunked in brief freedom from the tongue.
Last I heard a stroke claimed her, flesh and ghost,
and that she had fallen into a ditch.
But memories are an echo necrosed
like her white cotton bookmark tatting stitch
verse and chapter worn and bond leather bare
on the bible next to those burbling teeth.
But I did not know it; not then; not there;
or long after her casket was beneath ...

THIS WORLD, HAS BECOME COLD
Here I am sitting here beside a warm fire watching the world, as it changes before my own eyes. YET it seems to become even more and more, aggressive with the passing of time. AS it gets colder as the days go by through the senseless, process of the motions of corruption and murder, leaving behind in it's wake of the dead bodies of memories, of yesterday of those who have gone goodbye. For sure I wonder will we survive, from the deepness of the raw and uncut actions. Just acts of betrayal from the government of UNTRUTH, that came with more lies and false promises. For will we have a better...

Forever in my Memory
I'm looking at my hands and seeing my father
I do this often
He was a quiet man
I wanted so much more from him
His passion
An occasional embrace
Knowledge
I'm still searching in my hands
For answers that won't come
Still I try ...
And will continue to try
There's so many answers somewhere
There was life then death
I remain focused...

Anchoring Eyes
My soul sky is cobalt tonight.
Dormant thoughts now clamoring
for life.
Love.
So heart throbbing and heart thrashing,
heart pounding and then shattering.
Worth the joyous battering.
Love.
Awakening the hearts sleepy trance.
Feel the rapture of the soul wind.
Swirling with sweet vengeance.
To end is to begin.
Love
I dive deep into his anchoring eyes.
Turquoise with some veins of hazel.
What he said
He was able.
Able to inhabit my core,
forever more.
Dormant thoughts now clamoring
for life.
Love.
So heart throbbing and heart thrashing,
heart pounding and then shattering.
Worth the joyous battering.
Love.
Awakening the hearts sleepy trance.
Feel the rapture of the soul wind.
Swirling with sweet vengeance.
To end is to begin.
Love
I dive deep into his anchoring eyes.
Turquoise with some veins of hazel.
What he said
He was able.
Able to inhabit my core,
forever more.
