INSIDE ROARE
Little Gem
When you feel happy,
when your heart is a sheet.
Who holds a little gem,
who doesn't want to be alone anymore.
Who would like to hear "only you" again
Who was allowed to kiss your lips,
I thought I couldn't do it.
Your blue eyes like the sky
shine through my heart.
I would like to look into them forever,
Maybe I will find the answer why I don't want to.
A sudden meeting, just the touch of fingers.
I felt it was you.
I would like to scream into the darkness. ...

TODAY I DARE
TODAY
I dare to expose
the secrets in my heart;
I fearlessly let YOU in
to see my love.
THE
words I write
flow from my honest
heart and soul;
nothing is hidden;
poetry reveals my feelings.
A skeptic may ask, "Why
be so foolish?" a rational
mind may ask, the answer is
"Love does not march by
the whims of human logic.
THAT'S
why today I dare to let
my heart say again and again,
"I LOVE YOU...YES! YOU!
I dare to expose

LISTENING TO THE ANCIENT POETS
I
was in one of my
human moods, which
tend to show up often;
when I do I re-read one
of my poems or try to
write a new one.
BUT
today I found my calmness
in remembering the
words of Rumi:
"There is a candle
in your heart, ready to
be kindled. There is a void
in your soul, ready to be filled.
you feel it, don't you."
NOW
my world is aglow in a
rainbow hue because I have
listened to the ancient poet.
Meet me at the Kissing Place
and we'll listen to the
ancient poets together.

Buckles My Soul
To walk in shadows on the shore of the Shenandoah
beneath the rolling blue sky in a valley of green
and gliders of leaves as a breeze buckles my soul
listening to echoes whisper over the Appalachians

MESSAGES FROM RAINDROPS
AS
the dark clouds
hover overhead and
the drummer beats out
the tunes of thunder,
and the lightening players
keep beat with the beauty
of the moment.
IN
the midst of the beauty of
nature's concert, raindrops
dance softly in the puddles
of water,
Each drop is a contributor
to a love message from
YOU
to me. My heart aches because
YOU are far away is being filled with
memories of YOU...as I walk in
the puddles I become one with YOU
because I know it is raining where YOU are.

Sunday Morning
It was a typical Sunday morning.
With the sunset going down,sunshine forming.
A Sunday morning is never boring with you.
So have some tea with me,too.
Let me pour you some mint,honey tea.
And let the negative emotions flee.
As the moon goes down,sun comes up.
And the sun shines,staying put.
Maybe some music in the background.
Like lofi, electric beats.
A cup of tea,a good book.
Under the warm,cozy sheets.
It was a Sunday morning for me.
And everyone let me be.

Stained Glass Windows
The Stained Glass windows
in the vestibule,
in the Back of the church,
of the last row pews.
Through the Entrance,
is how I come to view,
As we enter the Lord's House
Where Praises are due.
These Beautiful windows are
Out of sight,
a Beautiful view,
Bringing to us Delight,
A beautiful church,
a marvelous sight,
A feeling of Happiness, and
It feels so right,
When you are so full of Joy,
Through these stained Glass windows
Where The Sun Shines Bright!!!!

WHAT I SEE AND HEAR
AS
I watch the ebb and flow
of mother nature, she speaks
to me in a thousand ways.
The chirping and playfulness
of the birds remind me of our
times in the forests counting
the pecks of the mocking birds;
inspiring soft kisses.
THE
surge of the water, out and back,
on the seashore remind me of
we always come back to the
never ending love even though
we may be separated for a while.
ALL
of nature serves us with reminders
of how blessed we are and how
the sun will shine and the butterflies
will...

A SINGING HEART
In the ebb and flow of life
love runs hot and cold;
It'll chase you when you're young
and neglect you when you're old.
I do not know WHY
love acts in such mysterious ways.
but it's the challenges you gladly accept
and the price you'll gladly pay.
So do not be upset or surprised
when love starts to do its thing;
treat it like you want to be treated,
and it'll give your heart and new song to sing.

hearts will dance and sing a duet.

Without YOU music is dull,
Without YOU food is bland,
Without YOU sunsets fade,

HARD OR SOFT...WHICH?
MY
mind and attention
was on something
else when I heard
the question:
"Hard or soft?"
Back to reality,
I asked, "What?"
The question again
as my hand was touched
"Do you prefer hard or soft?"
"OH,
