Good Boy
Time, if it even exists, does so for no other creature than man.
It's simply a construct, a convention required to keep our complex civilisation running smoothly.
What would life be like without the bullying presence of time?
I'm glad you asked?
Let me introduce my dog.
Here Trumpy, come boy , sit , good boy.
I've got a question to ask you.One woof means yes,two means no.OK you got it.
Ok boy here goes.
Do you know what time it is?
Woof woof
I thought that's what you'd say.Lets go for a walk Trumpy. ...

Rest In Peace, Hazel V
One year ago tonight, I had to watch as your life came to an end.
It was sad to witness your demise and I felt so much pain within.
You died in 2023 on the 9th of December.
You'll be a dog who I'll always remember.
When I saw you die, it was sad to know that you would have no tomorrow.
Each and every person who has lost a dog can understand my sorrow.
Last year, you didn't live long enough to see Christmas arrive.
Rest In Peace, Hazel, I certainly am sorry that you didn't survive.

What is it about the moon
What is it about the moon that always appear in the night skies, through the process of the months that has us so hypnotize, by the glow of the aura shape and shine like a bright light, up in the sky. For sure what does it mean 🤔when you lose your own chains of thoughts, and insight into the deepness of the moon, glow of the truth that slowly, begins to draw our energy as well as our attention. For it even goes deeper than deep, into a different perspective on life. Yet for the wolf it's a change of the world 🌎 that comes, with an aura that has a stronger hold on the mind and...

SATIVA
I found her in a gutter—or was it by the road?
A place no puppy should ever call home.
Small and shivering, she stumbled through dust,
a beige bundle of fur, cloaked in ticks and mistrust.
Jesse begged, pleaded, vowed she'd care,
Her voice carried promises, heavy with air.
No leash, no collar, no history to bind—
Just a stray, and a thought: She’s ours to find.
June 17th, she came to stay,
A tiny life, beige as dawn’s first ray.
No bigger than the palm of a grown man’s hand,
Yet she filled a void we didn’t understand.

Barking - to the The Lady Up the Street
The lady up the street, so prim and uptight,
Counts the barks of my dogs in the dead of night.
Each woof, each howl, to her seems a sin,
While I find her complaints the true racket within.
Dogs must bark; it’s their nature, their way,
To speak of the moon or to greet the new day.
But people, oh people, could choose to refrain
From whining and moaning and spreading disdain.
Her voice cuts sharp, a drill to the brain,
Each word dripping venom, a ceaseless refrain.
So here is my plan, my silent retort,
A gift on her step, of the...

Puppy Kiss
Letting a puppy kiss your lips
Shows me that real not AI in a nightmare
Puppies kiss your lips but you’re not solved
Can’t figure myself what I’m all about
Dissolve in my soul of lies trying to realize
What is Real
Im a figure of your imagination looking for me
I can see but I don’t see noise in my eyes
entrapped me and it won’t end easily
All I want is a puppies lips to kiss
Because they feel my soul in a bowl
Always full of love between us
Why Can’t two legs live...

A Dog's Broken Heart
When it came to that dog's heart, his owner's death sure did break it.
He lost his master and his best friend and he simply couldn't take it.
He stayed at his owner's grave and he would continuously howl.
When I tried to move him, he snapped at me and he would growl.
I gave him food but he wouldn't eat and he starved to death.
He couldn't live without his owner and he took his final breath.
A veterinarian tried to help the dog but he growled and snapped at him too.
The vet wanted to save the dog's life but sadly, there was nothing he could do. ...

Autumn's Embrace
Because we are poets
We feel so much
Fall's sudden brisk temperature
Releasing us from summer's hold
Sudden rummaging through draws
Finding sweaters long tucked away
Sleep has been better
Morning's crisp and dog walking faster
I covered you up
Blanket askew
You lay exposed to my hungry eyes
Morning desire to have and to hold....

Getting Late Now
It’s getting late now
I have a few more jobs to do
In the corner sweep up yesterday
As the clock runs down I grab my lunch pail
In the distance there’s a damage coming
We hear that there is a hurricane brewing
Boss says it isn’t so just keep working until
ya all go back to work it’s what you’re paid for
Clouds drop down heaven opens
The clouds dropped down hell opened
Boss says move your car out of the water
Flash flood warning upon us
Boss ignored the water...

Ugly Babies Make Wonderful Stories
One day a dog bit the index finger of his master
the dog ran off with a bloody finger,
before the master could catch him
The dog came to a river and went onto a wooden dock
the dog looked down into the water
he saw another dog with a bloody finger and a shadow of a man behind him
the dog had no idea what he was seeing
The master grabbed the dog by the collar,
wrestled with the dog for several minutes
the dog dropped the finger out of his mouth
the master picked up his mangled, chewed up index finger,
and went back home
