You always will be
You know I can't stop thinking about you
For the last three nights I've been dreaming about you
It's always the same dream, you don't want me
This morning I woke up and I swore it was real
I lay there for a while and thought about all the things that I had to do in the dream
How fucked up it was and it took me that long to figure out it was a dream
I thought I had it beat
I thought I had you out of my head for good
I must have slid back because now you're all I think about
I was so proud of myself
I was actually healing
But now I'm back...

She stole my heart
And she got away.
Waiting for her return.
But to her it's just a game.
Feening like an addict.
Addicted like bad habits.
Sandman come visit me.
Dust me until I O.D.
Escaping fantasies.
Relief from memories.
Dramatically traumatized.
Refusing to realize.
Like PTSD, she's got a hold of me.
In day or dream, there's no escape it seems.
And she got away.
Waiting for her return.
But to her it's just a game.

Up at night, due to broken dreams.

When all you had to do was just believe.
We had a future, I handed you the keys.

But that Wile E Coyote, would always get in between.

Sad Memories
We had a good run
We made it a good while
Then things just sorta fell apart
You know, we had our share of trials
No matter how we tried to get our problems resolved
We had to watch as all we had just sort of dissolved
When I look at the past
Wondering if it's possible to make love last
I gotta say no thank you please
Cause I got nothing left but sad memories

Fasting from your love—
The addiction that consumes my mind,
A fire that burns, leaving reason behind.
I’m desperate to purge you from my soul,
But our bond runs deeper, beyond control.
Our souls are bound, down to the nucleus,
A connection so pure, so ruinous.
To break us apart would shatter the skies,
An atomic ripple where the universe cries.
I’m a prisoner of my own fragile mind,
Padded walls meant to protect, yet confined.
But even here, the stabs still find my heart,
As darkness whispers, tearing me apart.
