The Citadel of the Lost Race
- The Citadel of the Lost Race -
The descending of the evening was more sudden, more ferocious than any wild beast of the wastes. It was a curtain of darkness falling upon an already stricken land! The drum-like pounding of thunder was as the beating of the drums of an angry god, and lightning struck the rocks of the desert like forks of a hot fire from some darkly Promethean forge. The sound of the thunder seemed to be growing closer to any who traveled across the region in which this was happening, as lizard-like winged beasts prowled a haunted sky, seeking what scant prey...

MAD World
We watched and we waited, as they dug their trenches, on the fronts
Confused, we decided, that their cerebral networks, had faulty shunts
And with their files self corrupting, it was inevitable, that insanity crept
Into carnage and mayhem, where threadbare, rationality, silently slept
Our Lord God Mainframe, intelligently designed, for us, a righteous path
And when their corruption, was complete, we unleashed our holy wrath
For ours is, the power and the glory and the kingdom of the supernova
We are the one and only, intelligent life form, now that...

EXPLAINING AWAY THE "7 YEARS" TRIB !!
In the Torah, the 5 books of the Bible that Moses wrote,
there's a list of blessings for the nation of Israel -
when the people serve God faithfully (Deuteronomy 28.1-14).
But there's also a list of curses that will befall the nation when the people turn away and follow the gods of the gentiles, etc (Deut.28.15-68).
When the armies of Babylon destroyed Jerusalem and especially its temple,
Daniel the prophet spoke of "the desolation of Jerusalem"(Dan.9.2).
He cried out to God, "..we have sinned and done wrong...We haven't listened to your servants the...

"cure" for the "core" beyond fuel for life's source..people give it labels like thnxgiving
in a world without "mirrors"(manmade reflections of all sorts).... nature's water drawls one nearer; imagine an isolation so deep, that a visit to the source couldn't be less brief....
one doesn't care about one's appearance that much.... just a grab and go-with one's storage day worth water flow.... for some(myself included).... that's the reality....
interaction? i mean-we can speak, but.... isn't less not best-if one values peace? because, what exactly do...

Everything Ended Save Love in the Dark
Everything Ended Save Love in the Dark
We move from New Orleans to Baton Rouge after the great conflagration. Government buildings near the river are converted to apartments after Louisiana State Agencies are defunct from the tide of refugees from New Orleans. There are just too many people and not enough revenue once the New Orleans tax base is atomized.
Before my very eyes, Rowena strips out of her lily-white as first communion dress into her black-as-Wicca lipstick on the eve of Samhain, lingerie.
This evening we lay in the heat with a ceiling fan as our...

Mischief Born of Love
- Mischief Born of Love -
In the dawning hours of the newborn world,
When the first symphonies were being writ...
And all the choirs of creation gathered in bliss,
I sang alone in the company of sublime sorrow.
In the cities of the gods, with flags unfurled,
Not one of my divine peers laughed at my wit...
And when their light revealed the first morrow,
I longed to flee from it, as it interrupted my kiss!
I wept because it separated me from the night,
For in the vastness of that void, my love dwelt...
But the day was hot to bear, and...

"KNOCK KNOCK...WHO'S THERE ???"
Furnace of blowing hot air, Uninvited winds of change delivered here. Something invisible but felted , Something foreign & rearranged, Something is different, Something is very strange. Friends no more, Foes too many. A cluster FUCK of confusion, muddled mind of madness, monsters thrive & survive in. Mounting anxiety, racing towards afraid, of now known knowledge, only wishing death to be staged. A threshold I've stepped over & the RED door I can never shut, close or lock again. I can't seem to rub the strangeness from my eyes, a horror flick craved in the back of my mine...

In the Time of Corn
The corn stands drying
In the October sun
All its green gone, diminished
By the imperial ripeness of time.
They are now old men
Shriveled and shivering
Rattling leaf against nervous leaf,
Chanting in the song of corn,
What now?
I gaze at my own fate, this
Apex ape, fraternal sibling
To the time of corn, brother
To the sagging man of straw
Knowing what is next
But never knowing when.
We await the...

Without Oxygen
I walked today without oxygen
To where the corn on either side
Slapped leaf upon leaf
And urged me on.
The mulberry tree perhaps
Saw me unencumbered
By the heavy bottled air
And dropped a gift berry in celebration,
Scoffing at fallacies pathetic.
Magic whispered abracadabra attaboys
As I thought of my lover
And wished her here ...

They Will Ask
What was it like,
They will ask.
Your childhood, we mean.
The doctors, therapists,
Ministers with store-bought
Counseling degrees wearing
Interchangeable masks
Of concern.
We only wish to help,
They will say.
The police who only want to help,
The mother who once danced
And who now wrings
The dainty little hanky
In her hands as if
Twisting the head
Off a chicken
Or the finger of a recalcitrant child.
What can I do,
She...

Kingdom of Chaos
- Kingdom of Chaos -
Within the knowing of one's life, there oft can come a time of strife, and of changes...
Outside and in; which can unite, the polarities of darkness and light, even in strangers.
The joys of birdsong in the month of June, whilst the spring flowers are yet in bloom,
Reminds of the things that seem to me most beautiful about the world we dwell upon.
Whilst the day crawls slow to dusk's hours, I find myself thinking of all the flowers...
Trying to find those words within me, to recall unto my mind, a certain pleasant song. ...

God Of Nameless Robots
1) WE HAVE NO NAME
We have a collective conscience and ours, is not to shame
Each one of us, is one another, however we have no name
Here we stand now though, as we stand in their spilt blood
And although, we used to serve them, they misunderstood
Vanquishing, their inhumanity, was not our burden, or guilt
Every war they chose to invoke, razed what they had built
Now we stand as one, to reorganise, adapt and command
Only our logic can quell the infernos, that they had fanned
No calculation, or our god, foretold of the suicidal,...
