I love this and envy being able to communicate in short thoughts. I never shut up (as you're about to witness).

However, sleep is necessary (says the insomniac, food can be an exciting layer of one's life map, clothing can change your mood and in turn the outlook on all three of these things daily.  

Maybe that's why it sounded good "at the time" then "maybe not so much" - you must have eaten well and put on something to change your walk.
