walking threw the moonrise
onto blackened roses,
 intwined with the quintessence of their spirits,

yearning
to climb,

the trees as they grow, unfolding for the sun,
searching each branch,
 looking down upon the shoots
laughing at their greif,
exchanging kisses hello,
