Such sad sentiments. there's a lot of repeating words. I figure you are trying to hammer the points home but I really think they can stand up for themselves:
I fail
at life
and everything in this world
no matter what happens
or how much I try
my body fails
organs have failed
love has failed
everything has failed
failing
must be my thing
just a suggestion, hope it helps.

Every stone(obstacle) that is placed before you should be seen as a stepping stone. Our negative energy makes them stumbling stones. Or as Santana once said, "Look Beyond Appearances".
