BRIDAL WEDDING NIGHT PRAYER
This was inspired the picture accompanying Lady Magdalena's "Unfolding Before You" - my comments can be read to get idea of the picture formed below.
Thank You for bringing in my life
This man who has made me his wife.
You made our paths cross happily
When I yearned for a family.
He’s put on my finger this ring;
Now we can do the bedroom thing!
He is of some maturity
But of proven fertility.
We have shower-bathed to get fresh
For our act of being “one flesh”.
The clothes are off, we’re bedding down.
May we make love without a frown.
Please crown our union in joy,
May we produce a girl or boy.
Please make my new home life complete
With the patter of tiny feet!
