Cleaning Windows
People are spending their whole lives trying,
trying to fill the empty gaps that are not empty.
"I've got an hour to spare, what shall I do? Ooo
I'll clean the fucking spotless windows
again."
Interesting people that bore themselves to live
without 'wasting' any of their precious time
but you can't waste time;
it's a non-renewable resource and every thought,
mistake, challenge, death and love is time well spent.
Time is a concept and an ancient propaganda
that's brought the world to its trembling knees,
pockets fat with hollow nuggets of a blind man's gold.
If you're cleaning your pristine windows again
I sincerely hope your mind is elsewhere.
trying to fill the empty gaps that are not empty.
