Childhood
This child is
not childish
but rather childlike,
although a child.
This adult,
unlike the
childlike child,
is adultlike
and yet
does only some
adultish things.
It is preferred
to be childlike
over being adultish.
To merely
approach maturity
is a failing
but to retain
the best
of childhood,
this is
a grand success.
