Defining the Difference
she gazed uncomprehending
at the star stuck on the arrow
stopped sharply from falling
to the flooded ground below
the twinkles from the sky's gone
the greyness seems permanent
no subtle colours between the tone
and rainbows struggle not to be alone
relax inhale and exhale
stop stay in one place
drifting in boats without sails
is not an epitome of peace
breathe...

It's difficult to find balance especially when one is suffering from an illness but I think these lines kind of help one to move or else stagnation adds to the situation.
