Powerful write. So hard to know when to trust someone.
Years ago, I learned a little bit about Neurolinguistic Programming. Watching the direction of the other person's eyes can give clues about their honesty. Would be nice if that really works.

This is fucking brilliant. I am literally jealous of this stanza, I wish I'd written it.

That piece right there says everything. It's such a somatic punch. Shit. I loved that verse.
The entire piece is amazing, it flows like water dripping down a leaf, and it's beautiful in the death of hope.
But the kung-fu verse is AH-MAY-ZING.
