Thus Spoke Abaddon

"Lo, hark and weep, thou sons of dust
Man’s pride waxed and God’s decrees did rust
Once high, ye stood, in Eden’s grace
Now low ye crawl, a wretched race."
Thus spoke Abaddon

"In days of yore, thy hands were pure
But gold and sin thy hearts allure
Thy towers rose, thy pride took wing
Yet cursed thy voice, no more to sing."
Thus spoke Abaddon

"I watched thee fall, thy doom in stone
The mark of wrath, the seed was sown
By serpent’s tongue and lustful eye
Thy souls were bought, thy birthright died."
Thus spoke Abaddon

"And lo, before the final seal
The Beast shall rise, the flesh shall kneel
Rejoice not, Man, for thou art slain
Thy ash returns, thy toil in vain."
Thus spoke Abaddon

"In fire’s maw, thy fate is writ
The Lamb shall judge, the pit is lit
Weep, mortal clay, thy time is done
Thy fall begun when thou sought the sun."
Thus spoke Abaddon
