The dreaded writer's block, I think we all have been there.

In March this year I returned to the deep, after a 5,5 years writer's block.
And yes: 5,5 fucking years. Great piece, Pete.

just keep writing dearest Pete no matter what even if you think it sucks or you only have one line you'll find after a few one liners you can tie them together into what I call a Frankenstein try it works 😊

I just tend to accept writer's block will happen from time to time now because I have the confidence it won't be forever. That urge always comes back, often when you least expect it. Eventually something always triggers it back into action. I had a near 10 year writing drought between 1995-2005 & even then, didn't start writing properly again until 2011. I haven't looked back since, however. I don't even have a reason or know why I started writing again. I just did. I call my post 2011 writing, my mature period. 🤣
