To always lose. (my apology to Kamala Harris)

The days was long, and all I could think about was her reaction, to live in a world where you always lose, no that's a complication. No doubt in my mind that with a little unwanted persuasion, this would easily be a win, win situation.
But I know she plays fair, she wants to win on her own, and fools will be fools, no matter where they go. She is strong, yes. and the best person for the job, however, they will never admit he is a fraud.
A cheater, a liar, the very source of my aggression. And now since she lost, the very point of my aggravation.
All hope, all dreams, and all beautiful things will now be destroyed by this one ugly orange string.
How do I apologize to her for failing, how do I look at my people without swearing.
We failed each other, we failed her to, so now with this pain what do I do. Oh, to live in a world where you always lose.
But you have daughters, what will you tell them, "That as long as there is a circus out front, you will surely see a clown in the end."
And if you don't stand tall and firm, you cannot hold your own. And truly in this world of fools, you are always alone.
