The Cenobite Way

a moment's respite then breathe
nothing as it seems
darkly linger in peril
dancing dangerously in harm's way

the frantic noise disturbs but doesn't sway
with knowledge of these beings I assault the senses
they will blanch and withdraw

lingering with too much intuition
cold and calculated lust they thrust their way in
a hunger for flesh they are insatiable in need
they judge us as inferior
thinking their intellect exuses their cruelty

digging in deep it is the Cenobite way
to dissect something beautiful
rearranging body parts in a lewd parade of agony

then feast off the suffering
