One minute still sweating on a warm full day, next minute shivering...

is it crayons oil pastels?

This is unusual but I don't recall exactly how I did this painting.  If I had to guess I'd say it was watercolor pens and some other kind of blending.  I'm always trying out new techniques and often use watercolor, gouache and lately oil pastels.  That's the great thing about abstraction... anything goes.

The words I took out of my desk drawer and rearranged them .. humor ......

This does look like a soft fall morning. To me it still has hints of summer though, almost like you don’t want to let go. Maybe that’s why your last stanza is so sweet.

Prefer 60's and 70's Temps so a little wistful when the real feel was in the 30's this morning ...

We all have a style.  Often I think my writing is a little clunky but this one did have a good feel.  Dang thing wrote itself.

I shouldn't complain about weather to you.
Not sure how your survive all that snow ...

Lovely colour choices.

Thank you for that!  I've always said that it's easier to warm up on a cold morning than it is to cool off on a hot day. Why why do I stay in this God forsaken weather!

I love autumn.
Something so organic about the change of seasons.  Though it's still pretty warm up north.  Yo yo's between 75 and 40 ....weird science.

Gonna try and get down to South Florida this winter for a spell.  Been since before the pandemic, I'm ready to reintroduce myself.
Maybe I'll run into you at the Miscue Lounge ...
