Seeking Stars Unborn

In a realm where sunlight never dies
Where golden beams stretch wide and high
I wander through the endless day
In search of night, a whispered sway

The fields are bright, the colors blaze
But in my heart, a yearning stays
For shadows long and starlit dreams
Where darkness flows in silken streams

O endless sun, your warmth is fierce
Yet in your light, my spirit’s pierced
I crave the cool, the soft embrace
Of twilight’s veil, a sacred space

I gaze upon the azure dome
And wonder where the shadows roam
Is there a place where night can bloom
And fill the world with quiet gloom?

With every pulse, I seek the stars
Beyond the light, beyond the bars
A night sky woven with silver threads
To cradle dreams in softest beds

But here, the sun reigns never to fade
And in its glow, my hopes seek shade
Yet still I dream of darkened skies,
Where silence speaks, and spirit flies

So through this bright, unending day
I wander on, I find my way
For in my heart, the night shall rise
A tapestry of endless skies
