With the solubles and ampoules of twilight's
equilibrium and anesthesia eclipsing my soul's
parfum and literary decadence archived in
manuscripts in the ossuary of my bones.
Tapping my tootsies in the disco's flashing lights
of my poetic obsession swapping BS with a
stranger in the manger of my oblivion
in an old Thom McAn shoebox. Listening to
screaming mermaids in my Odyessy
thumbing my nose at cold memories
manipulating my narcissistic rock, yellow
pages in my obsolescence as if the Mad Hatter
and rascal of my obtuse
