When it's not alert
I'm not alert sometimes
But that doesn't mean
That i'm not a Lert
Lerts
Are of a different breed
Usually docile
I once knew someone called Bert
But Bert
Was to alert
To be a Lert
Also Gert, and Kurt
None of them
Were Lerts either
Although Gert
Identified as a Lert
Twice a week
When out shopping
At Marks, and Spencers!
