and the sirens of blue lights and writing between �
margins and insomnia's unforgiving pulsing soul
in doldrum of poetic monotony fleshing the wooly
listening to the shoe drop rolling craps on my pillow

and then the dark patent leather pencil skirts
sweetening pot with Chantilly's lusting appetites
lusting until Check Mate in Golgotha Gotham City
scrolling the scriptures in Sodom's neon lights
tied up with chains in Babylon

stroking my back with the cat-o-nine tails rosary
with indelible omens of blood-nourishing sinners �
with cauls of naked bones in the cult's living quill �
indulging the withers of the seven-year locust
serving communion with Mephistopheles women

listening to Pinocchio read The Story of O in tongue
translated by the Marquis de Sade suffering allusions
sipping absinthe behind the veil of "Hallelujah" �
as the Raven pecks out an eye for a tooth
